As we kick off 2026, we have some exciting news .

First up, Alex Stroud. Alex joined us as an Analyst back in 2019, impressing us with his strong drive to dive into the world of venture. Over the past six years, Alex has embraced Concentric’s entrepreneurial spirit having had to juggle everything from dealflow and due diligence to building a stellar network of entrepreneurs, corporates, and investors across Europe – fitting for our ‘Activist Ventures’ strategy.

Moreover, Alex has played a leading role in recent investments in Aeon, Paypercut, Thingtrax, and Goya, and has also been instrumental in the launch and deployment of the Concentric Fund-of-Funds – growing immensely not just as an investor but as a person.

Today, we are thrilled to announce Alex’s promotion to Partner. Congratulations, Alex – your journey as an ‘entrepreneurial venture capital’ investor so far has been outstanding, and you have the tools and personality to keep succeeding!

Next, Niam Parmar. Niam joined over three years ago as a Financial Controller, taking on the day-to-day tasks that keep Concentric’ wheels turning. Since then, he has expanded his remit, spear-heading fund accounting projects such as Concentric’s data silo and investor reporting and streamlining our group’s financial operations.

A safe pair of hands and a sharp mind, Niam now steps into the role of Head of Finance. Congratulations, Niam – your work ensures our finances remain best-in-class!

Last but not least, Sinead Burns. Over the past two years, Sinead has become indispensable across all things operational. With a background in venture capital from New Zealand, she hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back. Super diligent, fast-learning, and always eager to improve, Sinead has kept our fund admin, banking and operational matters in top shape.

We are delighted to announce her promotion to Head of Operations. Congratulations, Sinead – well deserved, and we look forward to the next chapter together.
